I guess it depends on exactly what you are looking for. There are people like myself you use it to keep track of the inventory that has been sold so I can see what brought in the most revenue. I know people who work for themselves utilizing things like etsy and that site has it’s own way of tracking inventory in and out, showing sales trends. If you are looking to keep track of investments I don’t know if quickbooks is the best place, and honestly, if you need help going to an accountant would be your best bet to make sure everything is being done correctly.

I can see why it would make it easier for time keeping sake but i do thinks it effects the company if the rounding point is too large. I feel like if you have a good timekeeping system then the rounding isn’t needed. Just use an online or digital service.

I feel like those responses would still apply, even though we are in COVID. Although you would want to be more thoughtful when it came to pursing the new endeavor you would want to follow those steps that everyone listed above.

The age old question that everyone always wants to know. What makes a good leader?

Well honestly I think there is really no perfect answer, everyone has their own opinion on this subject. I feel like something everyone can agree on is that it’s someone who will do the work right along with their employees. But another part for me is the quality that can’t really be taught and some people just have. Its a good moral compass and a compassion for working with people. They need to have been in our shoes so they can understand what we are going through. If you can’t be relatable then you can’t lead.

This¬† is a fun question honestly because I go for experience over education. Anyone can go to school and get a job but someone who is knees deep in the industry already is what you need. They already know what they’re doing and you don’t have to worry about anything. Honestly that’s the way to go for me.
