For people who aren’t used to working from home, how do you like it? Is it messing up your schedule or are you able to adjust? I know a lot of people aren’t used to this new type of work and I just want to see how people are able to handle the situation.

I think working from home is nice. It allows me to work on projects on my own time, without interruptions from my colleagues. I use a method called “time blocking” to make sure that I’m staying on schedule so I don’t end up working through the night. As we know, it’s really easy to work when you’re supposed to be off the clock when you’re at home. Here’s how time blocking works:

    8:00 to 9:00 Check emails
9:00 to 10:30 Prepare reports for client
10:30 to 11:00 Create social media content
    11:00 to 12:45 Meetings

I basically map out every day so I at least have some sort of plan and schedule for the day. It allows me to stay focused so I can get off the clock when I’m supposed to.

Oh see lindsay you seem to have a good schedule, is it hard to manage it throughout the day because of outside factors? Like maybe people in your house, or pets or just the freedom of being at home lol. Does that make it harder?
