So in order to deal with payroll I’m supposed to do some math and it’s a little difficult for me so I I am brushing up on my mental math. Does anyone by chance know a URL that contains math minutes with decimals. Division, multiplication, addition, subtraction on the site? In case I ever need to calculate by hand I want to be prepared for everything.

You can always try a side I recommend, it’s called Math Is Fun.com ! They go over basics and attempt to make the process as easy as possible.

You can look up some basic algebra courses online, they have a ton of them. Try specifically college level and it will be a good refresher for you.

It has been brought to my attention by a friend and fellow coworker that our boss has been using a time clock that calculates our hours in 100 minute increments. That being said, I’ve looked through my paystubs and found hours worked being 3.92 hours or 15.74 hours worked for example and doing the math makes me think we are all being ripped off. Thinking about reporting her to the department of labor now and getting a new job. Has anyone here had experience with such a thing?
