I get a whole bunch of mail with coupons and ads for new companies or services. I was thinking about maybe trying it out myself and seeing if it brings in any business. Is there are best time of year to send them out where they wont just get tossed in the trash?
Honestly it depends on what your company is but sending coupons through the mail still seems like a pretty good way to get business. If it’s on a postcard then it’s visible to everyone and you don’t have to worry about it going unseen. Most people will at least glance at the mail before they toss it.
It is still a thing. Don’t you still get random flyers in the mail about coupons or deals that companies are having? Now it does depend on what you’re using it for and is it work the cost of materials and shipping in order to advertise that way verses spending it on digital sources instead.
But I guess my real question is does it work? Is it worth spending all that money on materials to mass produce to send it out to the community? If I were to say I’m offering my services at a discounted rate online, wouldn’t it be better to just send it through an email instead? I guess I’m playing devils advocate, although I see the good in it I just wonder if its REALLY work it.
