This question got asked to me by one of my friends and I wanted to get other peoples take on what they should do. This was their question:
“I think my boss might be stealing from the company by inflating our job hours. I’m benefiting from this, but I’m not part of the deception as I’m just an employee. Should I say something?”
I told them they need to be careful, we are in a pandemic right now and they really need their job to pay the bills. But if it is really morally eating at them and they think they need to say something then to do what they need to do. I just worry that it can come back to them but they think they think they will be fine. What do you guys think?
